eyyy hope you like it! i had in mind that you could put a picture of their face in the left coloumn and maybe another on the right, or something to do with their character, u feel? also the middle pane doesn't have to be a gif, it can be another still image if you'd like, or even just a plain colour (lmk if you want just a colour pane so i can edit that accordingly), and you can also add text there if you wish. also the top and bottom banner colours can be changed to anything not-grey. photo sizes are 145 x 250, hope it's okay and let me know if you want anything changed (:

People have this odd way of underestimating me. Like how they think the sun won't burn their skin to a crisp on a cloudy day or think that the sea won't swallow them whole when it's as calm and clear as glass. And even though they're proven wrong every time they go back again, thinking that they can change the laws of the world. People think that they're invincible. That's why they do stupid things like volunteering.
My father sat at the breakfast table and declared right in front of me, as if I wasn't there, that I didn't know what I wanted when I told my mother I wanted to be a Victor someday. Like he knows the ins and outs of the Games. Like he knows how to be great. The thing is, my Dad doesn't know what I want. He doesn't know a thing about me. Nobody does.
Nobody in this whole damn crowd knows me.
There's sand in-between my toes. I can feel it grinding my skin in my shoes. My hair smells of salt and it's falling into my face one strand at a time. I like that smell - it's comforting, like home. My limbs are sore from last-minute training and my right index finger hurts because I dropped an axe on my hand yesterday. I don't really want to be here right now but I don't really want to go back home. I think I want to drift on my own current to wherever I'd like to be.
