Brooding and grumpy, Dedric isn't much for letting people in. After losing his family, he prefers to keep on the low. It is true that he does care about the unfourtante youths on the street and could care less about his family's former worship of the beastly wolf, but most do not like to take the time to dig down deep into his inner being. He takes pride in being a leader of so many, and at the age of eighteen, he ponders the thought of volunteering for the games and winning with the skills he is blessed with, so that he will have enough money to make his dream of helping all of the poorer youth in the district a reality.

A graveyard worker and son of a single parent, Icarus was an outcast before he was invited to join Dedric's pack. Due to these punishments he developed Claustrophobia, but he's starting to feel both stronger and more confident now that he has found a place in the pack. Close with Erin and Vance, who were recruited near the same time as he, he's untrusting to those he does not know, yet fiercly protective of those he loves.

Of lower privleige and class, Erin was formerly known for her skittish personality and scattrered appearance. Though there was beauty on the inside, she herself was no blossomed flower. However, that all changed when she joined Dedric's pack. As she trained and learned what is was like to have a family, she found confidence flowing into her entirety, and boys started to notice her. She learned how to tame her wild hair and conceal any and all flaws upon her face, and she's now known for her blunt, yet motherly personality. Though she seems brave and reckles, and more so dangerous and aggressive when she fights and trains, she suffers from panic attacks. Erin is proof that just because you're born at the bottom, doesn't mean that you can't reach the top.

Before he was recruited to join the pack, Vance (known as 'Boyd' by all who know him) was a bit of a timid loner. He didn't make any true friends until he met Erin Reyes, a fellow loner. He is one of the strongest members of the pack, and though he normally keeps to himself, he is kind and polite to all who greet him. Not as protective as Icarus, he still has a feirce side and will defend those that he cares about. This is mainly fueled by the fact that he lost his younger sister a few years back, vanishing when he took her down to the Town Square. He has never forgiven himself, and he uses his time to train as a way to vent his inner anger.
